Day 01: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

Early in the morning, our guide will arrive at your hotel to pick you up and escort you to the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan Airport. From there, you will take a thrilling mountain flight to Lukla, one of the most dramatic airports in the world. After landing, you can relax for a while with tea while enjoying the exciting atmosphere and beautiful scenery around Lukla Airport.

After completing the police check at Lukla, your trek begins along the banks of the Dudh Koshi River. Passing through charming Sherpa villages and scenic landscapes, you will gradually reach the village of Phakding. This will be the final destination for the day, where you will spend the night.

Day 02: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar

Today’s trek continues along the DudhKoshi River. After crossing several suspension bridges, you will reach Monjo, where the entrance fee for Sagarmatha National Park is collected. From there, the trail follows more uphill and less downhill paths through beautiful forests and villages until you finally reach Namche Bazaar. Make sure before Namche you have to climb uphill for about two hours. The main trading hub of the Khumbu region and often referred to as Nepal’s famous “mountain town.” Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.

Day 03: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Today is an important day to help your body adjust to the higher altitude. After breakfast, you will take a short hike of about two hours to reach the Everest View Hotel. From here, you can enjoy spectacular views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Amadablam while relaxing with a cup of tea. Later, you can also visit the Sherpa Culture Museum and explore the local market in Namche Bazaar.

Day 04: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

Today’s journey is one of the most scenic parts of the trek. Along the trail, you will enjoy magnificent views of Mount Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and AmaDablam. After crossing the DudhKoshi River, the trail climbs through beautiful rhododendron forests until you reach Tengboche. Here you can visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, the largest monastery in the Khumbu region. Overnight stay at a lodge near the monastery.

Day 05: Tengboche to Dingboche

Day 07: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche

Today’s trek gradually climbs higher into the alpine landscape. After reaching Thukla, you will have lunch before continuing up to Thukla Pass. Here you will see memorial monuments dedicated to climbers who lost their lives while climbing Everest. After taking in the views and paying respect, the trail continues with a gentle climb until you reach Lobuche. Overnight stay in Lobuche.

Day 08: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp; Return to Gorak Shep

Today is the most important and exciting day of the trek. The first part of the journey takes you to Gorakshep, where you will take a short rest and have lunch. If the weather is clear, you will then hike along the edge of the Khumbu Glacier to reach Everest Base Camp. Standing at the base camp of the world’s highest mountain is a truly unforgettable experience. After exploring and taking photos, you will return to Gorakshep for an overnight stay.

Day 09: Kala Patthar Hike & Trek to Pheriche

Namche Bazaar, known as the heart of the Khumbu region and the gateway to Everest, is where you will spend two days for acclimatization. During your stay, you can explore the local Sherpa Culture Museum and enjoy stunning views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, and AmaDablam from nearby viewpoints.

Everest View Hotel-First Clear View of Mount Everest

You will visit the famous Hotel Everest View, the highest-altitude five-star hotel in the world. From here, you can enjoy your first clear view of Mount Everest along with other beautiful peaks such as Ama Dablam and Lhotse. Tengboche Monastery
